We are committed to making a Catholic education affordable for every family. St. Mary Catholic School participates in both the Indiana Choice Scholarship Program (commonly called the “voucher program”) and Scholarship Granting Organization (SGO) scholarships.
The Indiana Choice Scholarship allows eligible families to use state education funding to help pay tuition at participating private schools like St. Mary Catholic School.
Eligibility is based on:
Household income (set by the state each year)
Student residency (must live in Indiana)
Enrollment in a participating school
Highlights:
Families can receive substantial tuition assistance — in many cases covering most or all tuition costs.
Awards are based on household income and the public school district of residence.
You can apply even if your child has never attended public school.
For full details, visit the Indiana Department of Education – Choice Scholarship Program website or contact our school office for personalized help.
SGO Scholarships are made possible through donations from individuals and businesses to our SGO partner. These scholarships are income-based and can be awarded to students in PK4-8th grade.
Key Points:
Based on household income (same as voucher guidelines)
Can be combined with other financial aid programs, including the Choice Scholarship
Our school office will help guide you through the application process for both the Choice Scholarship and SGO scholarships. We’ll work with you to gather necessary documentation, determine eligibility, and submit applications on your behalf.
